Customer Information Model

The "customer information model" is a high level outline of activities supporting the customer journey. The information flows, throughout the organisation, helps to identify relations between data collection, - refinement and information usage / consumption.

We use the model in the context our business intelligence services, Digitalisation & Digital Transformation projects and in our Blockchain consulting & advisory.


Our approach focusses strongly on the initial phases of a project, in order to ensure clarity of the objectives and expectations as well as a sound fact based foundation.

For the planning and execution (implementation) we favour an agile methodology, both for the flexibility and the lower risk in case of needed interventions. We strive towards cost efficient operations of the projects delivered.
